Dr. Oz 3 Day Juice Cleanse Review //

I feel like it's been forever since I made a blog post (maybe cause it has). However exams are over and I'm hoping to jump back on the blogging train! During my stint off blogging I had decided to try doing the Dr. Oz three day juice cleanse, which you can see HERE. I had never done a cleanse before and didn't really know what to expect. I decided to go with the Dr. Oz cleanse because A. I would still be consuming lots of nutrients and actual food (just in blended form) and B. because it's only a three day cleanse and I was confident I could complete it. I started the cleanse on a Monday, and if you are considering doing a cleanse I highly recommend starting on a Monday because you really feel like you're getting a good start to your week and you feel fresh and ready to take on anything. I won't go on too much because I pretty much summed up everything in the video (which is super long, sorry!!). The last thing I'll say is if you are considering doing a cleanse, I highly recommend the Dr. Oz three day juice cleanse, because you are gettings lots of vital nutrients, it is only three days, and it's pretty inexpensive to do compared to other juice cleanses out there!   1. Ironically, I just this morning started the Dr. Oz Cleanse. I have had the tea, the breakfast drink and the lunch drink. All was good until the lunch drink, and then it was so gross that I was a bit upset that was on the menu. Really?? The lunch drink totally sent me into despair and literally left a horrible taste in my mouth. I've had some water with lemon to try to get past it. I'm feeling a bit cranky and yes, I had a nap.What I wouldn't give for some pita chips and some hummus. Ugh!

  2. Hi Tessa, you inspired me to do the same cleanse too! And so many points in your video resonated with me! I had a really short temper, I missed chewing food & went to bed early from boredom. The lunch drink is really hard I agree but managed to hock it back until day 3 where I did what you did & ate the ingredients. Up-sides were that I was less bloated, slept better & the salt & lavender baths each night were wonderful & relaxing.

    Since finishing last week I decided rather than go back to my old habits to cut out wheat & see if that keeps me on the right track & it has been great so far. I've consumed lots more fruit & veggies & Stopped bread & pasta for a while. I don't have a sweet tooth like yourself but I just love cheese & carbs so it's made me watch out for binging on those.

    They say you shouldn't do this cleanse more than 3 times a year, but think it would be a great idea after Christmas to sort yourself out.
