I feel like it's been forever since I made a blog post (maybe cause it has). However exams are over and I'm hoping to jump back on the blogging train! During my stint off blogging I had decided to try doing the Dr. Oz three day juice cleanse, which you can see HERE. I had never done a cleanse before and didn't really know what to expect. I decided to go with the Dr. Oz cleanse because A. I would still be consuming lots of nutrients and actual food (just in blended form) and B. because it's only a three day cleanse and I was confident I could complete it. I started the cleanse on a Monday, and if you are considering doing a cleanse I highly recommend starting on a Monday because you really feel like you're getting a good start to your week and you feel fresh and ready to take on anything. I won't go on too much because I pretty much summed up everything in the video (which is super long, sorry!!). The last thing I'll say is if you are considering doing a cleanse, I highly recommend the Dr. Oz three day juice cleanse, because you are gettings lots of vital nutrients, it is only three days, and it's pretty inexpensive to do compared to other juice cleanses out there!
